Rotary Club of Nampa
About Our Club
The Rotary Club of Nampa has been serving the Nampa community since it was chartered April 1st, 1920. Our local service projects have varied over the decades with the primary goal of improving the lives in our community.
Our signature fundraiser is our Annual "Golf 4 Hope" golf tournament where we raise funds for Hope House and other Rotary projects. Hope House provides a home for children who are emotionally impaired, developmentally disabled, and/or come from disrupted adoptions or dysfunctional families.
Other local projects include Salvation Army Bell Ringing, Idaho Learning Peace camp for kids, The Traveling Table mobile food distribution, hygiene kits for homeless students in the Nampa School District, Boys & Girls Club of Canyon County food and activities, educational services of Breaking Chains Academy, environmental sustainability projects and other community-oriented programs.
We have been active in International Projects in the past and look forward to participating in Entrepreneurs Against Poverty (Entrapov), a competitive program for small businesses seeking microloans in Africa.
Recognizing that youth are our future, Nampa Rotary commits to supporting the Rotary Youth Leadership Academy. This four-day program provides free leadership training for young people across southern Idaho and eastern Oregon.
Please feel free to visit our club and consider joining Nampa Rotary, where we build relationships and make a difference here and in the world!
