Jennifer is an advocate for entrepreneurial success and a results-driven leader dedicated to helping organizations unlock their full potential. Her mission is to empower entrepreneurs and their leadership teams using the transformative power of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to establish focus, accountability, and results.

Real-World Experience: Jennifer's connection to EOS began in practice. She successfully implemented the system in her own public accounting firm to scale the business, drive revenue growth, clarify roles, and build accountability within her team.
What She Does: As an Implementer, she works to strengthen the Six Key Components of a business by teaching every tool in the EOS Toolbox, facilitating clarity and alignment, and providing business coaching to keep leadership teams on track.
